I’ve been drinking more vodka sodas these days than in days past. Hibiscus Cocktail #2: Hibiscus Lime Vodka & Soda Start with less, and you can always add more. But, I’ve learned that I like my cocktails a little less sweet than most. I used four tablespoons of the syrup for two cocktails. I just scored some on Amazon, since I’m not hitting up the international markets like I used to. Smokiness comes from the mezcal (if you haven’t tried it, you really must) and the Tajin seasoning on the rim of the glass.
